I don't understand why the overall rating here is anything less than 5*. Dr. Jacob Johnson has been my ENT for over a decade, and there's nobody better. (I've been forced to see other ENTs while traveling.) He did a terrific job with my left-ear tympanoplasty and post-surgical follow-ups, is always there when I need him for other ear issues, and has a wide range of modern options available for treating snoring. Highly recommend him and his practice!

I am so grateful to have the help of Kristen Bond. She helped me understand how to help heal my vocal cords in real life, realtime situations. She heard my challenges with using my voice in my profession and made suggestions to self monitor and continue to heal. Her approach was clear and compassionate. SF Audiology is amazing. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They're so great, my mom lives in Arizona and she travels to SF to be their patient too!

Despite the nervousness and misgivings I had about getting my hearing tested and accepting the prospect that I might need hearing aids, the staff was compassionate and helpful, especially my audiologist, Carey Philliposian. She patiently explained my options and helped me select hearing aids that suited me. Now I can teach with the same attention and enthusiasm that I'd always displayed in the classroom. I can honestly say that having hearing aids has enabled me to be at my best while teaching. I am so grateful for the knowledge and support I've received from everyone at SF Audiology!

I am so grateful to Dr. Yeung. She was able to save the hearing in my ear. Dr Yeung is kind, thoughtful, experienced, compassionate, knowledgeable and very practical. She created a care plan that was comprehensive and spent the time figuring out how we could best go about treating me with all variables considered. I highly recommend her and SF otolaryngology. One of the best doctors I've had the pleasure of seeing. He is thoughtful, caring, intelligent, and really took the time to try and decipher why I haven't been able to breathe properly throughout my whole life. In the end, he discovered the issue then surgically removed the blockage. For the first time ever I've been able to breathe through my nose and it's drastically improved my life. Dr. Johnson is a very caring and astute Doctor. He goes above and beyond the call of duty to assist in your healing process. Also, has a great Sense of humor.

SF Audiology has been so great to work with! The staff are so kind and extremely knowledgeable regarding insurance. That takes a lot of weight off of someone, especially when you’re already stressed about your hearing health. I highly recommend this office.
