Jennifer Frank joined Sensational Health in December 2020 as the Human Resources Manager and oversees all aspects of HR such as recruitment, onboarding, benefits management, retention, separation, employee relations, and performance management. Her commitment to professional development and staying abreast of evolving HR practices equips her to effectively support the clinic’s mission of providing exceptional patient care.
Jennifer holds a Masters in Business Administration specializing in Personnel Management from Alagappa University, India. After receiving her Bachelor’s in mathematics from Women’s Christian College close to two decades ago, she has worn various hats in HR management, project management, program management, and others including the one she considers the most challenging and rewarding of them all – as a homemaker for three lovely children, all under the age of 13 as of May 2024. Outside of work, Jennifer loves to spend time with her family and friends and enjoys going for hikes and long drives. She also loves connecting with and serving people in her local community in the SF Bay Area.
